The Ungallu family's self styled 'matriarch' would easily be mistaken for a much younger woman if it weren't for her silver hair. When something needs to be found.. it may be wise to seek the council of the old dragoness.. if you can pay her price.

A vagrant he may be, but the Namtaru Elder is not to be underestimated. His motives and 'help' are difficult to pin down.. but he'll show up at the oddest times to offer some cryptic (if not always useful) information.
aka "Papa Dagon": The Oldest of the Makara in town at the tender age of 73. Publicly known as an old fisherman, he's not too keen on the nickname.. but it suits him fine. He's been around quite a while.. and knows.. far too many people in town.
A resident psychiatrist at Arkadia Asylum, Jason is a dark-skinned man of average height and build at 5'9" with a small perpetual smile. He is slightly famous in mental health and high society circles for being a former patient at the asylum.

If if your desperate, you might could learn them by listening to him. Just be prepared for the long meandering stories.. and how he claimed to have met Martin Luther King once.
The mortal guise is but a cloak, a cloak of humanity that the horror wears to interact with the world. At night, in the dark, the cloak is cast aside. The Eshmaki hunts those that need punishment, not on two legs or even 4, but on a multitude. A pack? A Murder? A Clowder? A Pride?
